Exterior: The plastic lower slide-out corners and left rear corner are cracked. Weather stripping is loose in areas. Soft spot in the outdoor kitchen compartment floor in the rear corner.

Interior: Floor stains near the main entry. Soft area in right side of front bedroom wall. Loose nightstand trim in the bedroom. The shower skylight is falling down to due water damage from above. Water stain near a roof vent. See photos for additional details.
