Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: The front right slideout has been poorly resealed and has a torn/loose seal. The underbelly is ripped open. Dent in the left rear skirting with scuffs/scratches in various locations around the body. See pictures for details.

Interior: Tape on the front bedroom wall near the ceiling and claw marks around the window fixtures. The flooring is torn, cabinets/doors are scuffed, and wood trims are damaged in areas as shown.

Mechanical: The battery needs to be replaced.
