Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: The headlights are foggy, the rear right window seal is sagging, the pull-out compartments are damaged, and the rear bumper is cracked. Bent metal cover plate near the spare tire. Marker light covers on the sides and handles in areas are missing. Sun faded, graphics peeling, scuffs, and dings in the body. See pictures for details.
Interior: Stains in the flooring behind the driver's seat and the vinyl flooring is bubbling near the cabin. Scratches on wood trims/cabinetry in various locations.
Mechanical: There is no power to the inside of the coach from the coach battery circuit. The generator is not receiving power, the generator is untested due to this issue, however, there is power when connected to shore power. The coach battery needs to be replaced. The engine oil was low upon arrival but the engine appears to run well. Missing the engine bay air filter cover and a exhaust hanger is broken.
