Exterior: Dents, scratches, and weathered/stained. Wires hanging below. Rear bumper is missing. One door is stuck closed. Right rear corner seam is separated at the bottom. Various broken lights, missing lens covers, and missing utility covers. The living room entry staircase is bent. There's a door hinge loose and hanging above the rear door. See photos for additional details.
Interior: The bathroom floor has been poorly covered with plywood over soft areas/holes. Stains in the flooring and soft spots in the floor. Signs of roof leaks in some areas. The furniture is missing with remnants of the framing still attached. Missing refrigerator. Lumber and plywood have been attached to the shower, living room cabinet, and in the bedroom.
Windows are covered and a couple broken including the front window. Sliding entry door glass is missing and has been boarded. A bed frame is pinched and stuck on the side of the living room slide-out. Shower skylight is broken. Bedroom walls have been drawn on and covered in duct tape. Bedroom door is detached and damaged. Bedroom wall where the door was removed is damaged. An electrical panel has been wired in to the bathroom. Heavy wear throughout as shown.

Other: The RV is not receiving power and the slide-outs do not operate. LP tanks not included. No keys.
