Exterior: The roof and underside of both slide-outs are damaged from water exposure. Hole in the rear wall that has been taped over. Missing refrigerator access panel. See photos for additional details.

Interior: Blemishes in woodwork and cabinets as shown. Claw marks in furniture and window fixtures. Water heater access panel is removed and the water lines to the water heater are disconnected. The inside of both roof vents are broken out. Soft spot in floor at entryway. Stains in carpeting.
