Exterior: The belly pan is torn, the rear leveling jack is damaged, the rear door has been poorly repaired, damaged seal on the rear left slideout, and loose weatherstripping on all slideouts. Rust on the frame, suspension, stairs, and fifth wheel. The right fender flare and the rear right reflector are missing. The awning is torn, paint is faded, and scuffs/dings in areas.
Interior: The entryway flooring is soft/torn, bunkroom ceiling is damaged, and the front right bedroom wall is water-damaged. The rear left slideout wall is damaged, missing carpet on the large slideout, and the control panel is loose. Stains in the carpets and upholstery with scratches/wear on wood trims and cabinetry in areas. Holes in walls, paneling, and doors in various locations. The bathroom door knob, A/C cover, and carpet on the stair riser are missing. Cigarette odor. See pictures.
