Description: 2013 CrossRoads Cruiser CF335SS equipped with three slideouts, master bedroom, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 25% tread.

Exterior: The roof has been recoated and the front A/C cover is broken. The belly pan is torn on the front left side, the lower skirting is damaged on the left slideout, and delamination on both sides of the body. Slideout floorings are soft.

Interior: The flooring is soft and the walls are water-damaged on the rear right slideout. Damaged trim on the entry door. Scratches on wood trims/cabinetry and wear in the carpets. Foul odor. See pictures.

Mechanical: No keys or propane tanks. The front left slideout does not operate.
