Exterior: Damage to the rear passenger corner. The awning is secured with zip-ties and the canopy is loose from the rail. Sun faded and delaminated in front and right side. Roof leaks leaks in the front.

Interior: Water damage in the front. See pictures.

Mechanical: Unit is not receiving power from the battery or shore power. Unable to test generator due to having no power. No keys. The ramp door is locked.
