Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: Delaminated fiberglass on the rear, front left, and right sides. The driver's mirror has been replaced (see picture), and a hole in the wall near the lower right awning support. The rear right hub cap, rear left fender, and the water heater cover latch are missing. Water damage around the rear left wheel.
Interior: The front nose section, wall under the dinette table, and the rear bedroom wall are water-damaged. The floor deck in front of the oven and to the left of the sink is rotted. The kitchen/bathroom countertops are swollen. Stains and wear in the carpet and furniture upholstery. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: Check Engine Light is on showing code P0191. The generator does not start. Coach battery is missing.
