Front entry staircase is bent and does not close. A couple stabilizer jacks are bent. Battery/LP tank storage bracket on the tongue is bent and broken on one side. Missing both tail lights.
Interior: Heavy wear and stains in the flooring, woodwork, walls, and ceiling. Missing some furniture and cabinets. Two drawers have been removed from the bathroom. Front bedroom wall panels are separated, loose, and soft in some areas. Vinyl floor planks are peeling up. The slide-out floor in the living room is rotten, rear bedroom slide-out floor is soft, and the living room and front bedroom have some soft spots. Pet feces odor and stains.
