Exterior: The roof is soft in front, the front/left sides are delaminated, and the front storage compartment is water-damaged. The bottom of the slideout is rotted (water damage).

Interior: The flooring is very soft/water-damaged and it feels like you will fall through in the living area. The slideout flooring and the front bedroom wall are rotted. Nicotine odor/stains. Previous pet(s). See pictures.

Mechanical: No keys or propane tanks. One new tire has been installed, others are worn / 25% tread. The slideout does not close completely (rotted wood where the cable connects).
