Description: 2020 Heartland Pioneer BH280 equipped with one slide-out, a master bedroom, double bunks, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and outdoor kitchenette.

Exterior: The electric tongue jack is bent but the motor still operates. Left side wall has a hole. Awning is ripped and is missing an end cap. Stove exhaust vent cover on the right side is missing a cover.

Interior: Bedroom has holes in the walls as shown and the door is off the track. Stains on the floor and carpet. Wall panel to the rear of the slide-out is bowed out. Bathroom door does not close. See pictures for more detail.

Mechanical: Missing battery. No keys.
