Exterior: The roof is soft next to the a/c unit (poorly repaired) and on the rear left side. The top portion of the roof ladder is bent, and the membrane/plywood cover is missing under the front left slideout. The lower portion of the rear left is missing trim and has wires exposed. Dents and scuffs in the body.

Interior: The front entry door screen is torn and the latch has been removed. Burn mark on the rear kitchen wall. Furniture has been removed. Missing trim and window treatments in various locations. Stains/wear in the carpets and walls. See pictures.
