Entry staircase is bent and sags when stepped on. The underbelly is missing in the front half with wiring and venting hanging beneath. The outdoor shower housing is partially pulled out from the wall leaving an open gap.
Interior: Soft spots in floor at entry way, kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Water damage in bedroom floors and walls as well as water damage in the rear living room wall. Heavy stains throughout. Very strong pet and rodent odor. Cockroaches present. Previous smoker. Missing several window screens. See images for condition.
