Insurance loss: Per insurance, mice entered RV and chewed on wiring causing the lights to flicker. We did not locate the damaged wiring.
Exterior (updated): The entry door handle internal latch assembly had broken and currently will not open from the exterior but will open from inside. Clear coat peeling above the windshield. The left tail light is cracked. Light scratches and dings in the body.
Interior: Wallpaper peeling above the door. Light stains and wear from use.
Mechanical: The coach batteries needs to be replaced. A red alarm is flashing on the dashboard (unknown alarm) and the Check Engine Light is on (no codes detected).
Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
