Exterior: The underbelly on the front left slideout is sagging/soft. The main slideout has been poorly recaulked/sealed, and the front slideout wall sticks out slightly (rotted). The roof membrane has been partially redone towards the front.

Interior: The flooring behind the bed and the ceiling in the front of the bedroom are rotted. The front corner of the main slideout is water-damaged (the wall is separated with exposed insulation). See pictures.

Mechanical: No keys.
