Description: 2018 Grand Design Reflection 312BHTS equipped with three slide-outs, a queen-size master bedroom, a bunkhouse, a bathroom, an island kitchenette, and an outdoor kitchenette.

Exterior: The roof is soft in the right rear and the water damage extends down the rear wall. There's also a very soft area around the shower skylight. The belly pan has been replaced with steel roofing. The left rear slide does not fully extend. The rear wall is separating from the floor (visible from beneath). See images for additional details.

Interior: There is a hole in the cabinet below the fuse box. The ceiling is water-damaged around the shower skylight. Rodent odor in storage compartments but no rodents present.
