Exterior: The roof has been recoated and has several patches. Delamination on both sides of the unit. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.

Interior: Water damage under both bedroom windows. Water stains on the ceiling.

Mechanical: The odometer does not operate; we were informed that this unit has 117,436 miles, but we cannot verify. The front A/C unit needs a ground. One rear jack is not working.
