Description: Bank Repo. This is a 2000 Franknlin 456 5th wheel. This trailer includes four slide outs, sleeper sofa, booth dinette, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom w/shower, front bedroom & rear bunks. This unit also wired for a ceiling fan. This trailer is huge.

Wood on bunk beds in damaged and will need repair, some water leaked in near the rear slide (see photos), furniture shows some wear, weatherstripping needs some repair & needs detailing/cleaning, holding tanks are bypassed, furnace needs possible repair, casters on main bed are broken, door trim needs repair.
