| Description: This Prest Rack Structural Drive-In Racking system is being sold on behalf of a Minnesota based company. This high-density pallet storage racking system was installed, put into service for less than 6 months, and then removed to reconfigure the layout of a warehouse. It has been in storage on a flatbed trailer since it was dismantled. The racking is in excellent condition and includes all hardware and engineering plans for re-assembly. The system is engineered to accommodate standard 4X4 pallets, and is best suited for LIFO (last in, first out) inventory management. Other configurations may be possible at the manufacturer’s discretion.
The racking was originally installed in two sections. The final assembly of the first section was a 12-bay installation, approximate dimensions of 58’ Wide X 27’ Deep. The other section was installed as a 5-bay section, approximate dimensions of 24’ Wide X 27’ Deep. This racking system sold new for around $14,000 (see pic of invoice).
