This unit includes tag axle, Onan Marquis 5000 generator, reverse monitor, 2-TV's, leather seating (Flexsteel), recliner, sleeper sofa, power mirrors, GM V8, booth dinette, Corian counter, oven, microwave & full shower. This unit runs & drives as is. Unit is powered by a GM V8 and is a 1998 Pace Arrow model built on 1997 GM chassis.

Small hole in exterior wall, strap hook pulled out on interior slide, needs cleanup/detailing inside & out, rear tires show wear. Good overall condition though. This RV is at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA location.
