Description: CITY OF ST. PAUL IMPOUND VEHICLE. This 1994 Plymouth Voyager is an impounded vehicle being sold on behalf of the City of St. Paul Police Department. The vehicle is being sold on a Minnesota Bill of Sale. Vehicle MUST be titled in Minnesota to the winning party (any winning bidder, not just Minnesota winners) in order to properly transfer ownership. This van runs & drives as is but has a vibration in the front end.

Vibration at speed in front end, middle seat missing, hood release handle broken, air bag light is on, hail damage to hood, minor rust & misc. dents. The motor seems to run fine.
