Description: Total Loss. This scooter eas stolen & recovered with several items stripped from unit. The seat, lamps, gauges, some trim pieces, ignition switch & possible other unknown items have been removed. There are are some misc. dents & scratches on the frame. The motor is still in the unit but due to some cut wires we were unable to start it.
