Description: 1999 Ercoa Admiral pontoon. This boat was blown off the lift and flipped upside down. There is damage to the railings, tops, seats, console electronics(from being underwater). The pontoons do not appear to be damaged. We drained the oil and about 1/2 gallon of water from the Honda 4-Stroke. There is water in the fuel but we were able to get the motor started by spraying starting fluid into carbs.
