Description: Bank Repo. This is a 1994 Beaver Marquis Sedona 40' Diesel Pusher. This RV was top quality in 94 and is still extremely nice today. Includes Onan 7.5 RV generator, trailer hitch, awning, roof spotlight, reverse camera, CB, Allison 6spd auto transmission, 2-TV's, VCR, CD Changer, King Dome, satellite receiver, leather recliner, sleeper sofa, double door refrigerator, solid surface counters, tile floor, washer/dryer, cedar closets, ceiling fan and plastic covering the carpeted areas. This unit runs & drives well and is in very good condition for the age/mileage.

Exterior needs minor detailing, drivers seat shows some wear, fan housing in bathroom is broken & exterior paint is slightly faded. Overall good condition.
