| Description: Total Loss. A tree fell on the rear portion of this 2002 Rockwood trailer. There are a couple of tears in the rubber roof and a broken roof vent on the exterior. Inside the ceiling panel is cracked and the wall is cracked about 12 inches down from the ceiling. The front shade is also damaged.This trailer appears to be useable with the rubber roof patched. Includes sleeper sofa, booth dinette, 2 entry doors, refrigerator, oven, microwave & bathroom. Very nice trailer overall. This trailer is indoors at our new Cannon Falls, MN location and may not be inspected until after September 1st. |
