This scooter appears to have been stolen & recovered. Scrapes to left side, handlebar plastic is scraped & missing, ignition switch is punched & the battery is dead. The motor turns over fine but doesn't start(possibly related to bad switch). We are not sure what year this scooter is do to missing decals & vin tag. |
