| The exterior is in good condition. The interior has a major stain area to the living room and front master suite. All of the carpet will need to be replaced. The sofa has a stain and it is unknown if it will clean, the glass is broken out of the shower door. Overall this unit will be nice with a thorough detailing and the above listed items addressed.
