Unit includes awning, 1-slide out, receiver hitch, Flexsteel seating, leveling jacks, table with 4 chairs, solid surface counters, side by side refrigerator, oven, microwave, TV, VCR, Onan Marquis 5500 LP generator & dual roof A/C units. This RV runs/drives well.

some tape on the awning over the slide and the edges are frayed, back splash on counters has come loose and there is some caulk where someone tried to re-attach, upholstery shows wear, scrape on drives side compartment doors. Good overall condition for the age & mileage.
