The unit features a rear stateroom, one slide out (functional), dinette with booth seating, microwave, range, leveling jacks, CB radio, Artic Pak system and Onan genset. The unit starts, runs and drives and with minor cleanup will be very nice inside.

Weaterstriping on entry door needs to be replaced. Dent to rear left bay doors (see pic). Small hole in rear roof area (see pic; there are no apparent water stains to headliner in the bedroom). Carpet slightly soiled. TV in bedroom missing.
