Unit includes awning, manual jacks, AC/Heat, Stove, Fridge/freezer (gas/electric), Toilet/shower/sink, Microwave. This toy hauler style travel trailer is set up with a forward master bedroom, rear above bunk area, and a drop down kitchen table for an additional sleeping area. The rear of the trailer folds down allowing access to the storage area, great size for an ATV, or a couple of motorcycles. Due to the flooding we have not attempted to power up this unit therefore cannot verify what appliances and/or utilities are functional.
