Description: Bank Repo. This is a 2002 Mountain Aire 4095 diesel pusher. This RV is built on the Spartan chassis and is powered by a 370hp diesel & Allison automatic transmission. Unit includes dual roof A/C units, awning, solid surface counters, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, 2-TV's, VCR, CD Changer, satellite dome, diesel generator, reverse camera, leveling jacks, ceramic floors & stacked washer/dryer. Please read estimated repairs section for noted damage. Unit runs well.

Misc. scratches to exterior (see pics), tires are weather cracked and need to be replaced, some scratches to leather sofa, carpet needs shampoo. The slides start to activate but house batteries need to be replaced so unable to open the slides. This RV is in slightlt below average condition but could be very nice with some minor TLC.
