| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 1999 Coachmen Catalina Lite 264QB. This unit has one slide out with a sleeper sofa, AM/FM/Cassette player, booth dinette, sink, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower stall. The front window cover is removed and has caused water damage in the bedroom are. The mattress is missing, bed frame is rotted and side cabinets show water damage. The wall covers show water stains as well. The shelves in the refrigerator are missing and had mold on doors. There are minor stains in the carpet and on the walls throughout. The slide out does not power out and had to be cranked out manually. This does include 2 LP tanks and battery. Overall this RV is in below average condition and could use some work. This RV is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility. |
