| Description: Bank Repo. This is a 1997 Mountain Aire 4059 Diesel Pusher. This RV is built on the Spartan chassis. Unit includes propane generator, 1-slide out, double leather recliners, cook top, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, reverse camera, leveling jacks, Flexsteel seating, Sony CD, DVD/VCR, satellite receiver & TV. This RV is in average condition for the year but has a few issues that need to be addresseed typical for a unit this age. This RV is at our Austin, Texas facility. |
| Some minor scrapes to the bumpers, exterior is faded from age, gouge in driver rear tire (still holds air but may need replacement), paint is delaminating on a couple of the lower exterior doors, carpet has some stains and shows wear, ceiling panel on drivers side is loose and needs to be re-secured, it appears something bumped the dash because its loose and has a small crack, ABS light is on, odometer does not read out mileage & the shelves in the refrigerator may need replacement due to some corrosion. This RV runs/drives fine and is at our Austin, Texas facility. |
