Unit runs/drives well as is. This RV is at our Cannon Falls, MN facility.

Minor damage to right rear, scrape to left rear, some minor fading to exterior & carpet needs minor cleanup, light fixture over booth dinette is broken, front seats show some wear, some hole in the screen door & wall paper is torner in corner by the sink.
