Sun faded overall, left front side under slide out has a 7" crack, the lower corner on the right side slide is damaged, bedroom window is broken out but there is a new replacement in a box ready to install, right front has a crack near the lower corner, graphics are peeling in spots, carpet has heavy traffic stains, unit was smoked in with signs of smoke smell & stains.
