Description: Total Loss. This is a 1999 Harley Davidson Fat Boy. This bike went of the road and went down in the ditch. Damage to fuel tank, front fender, rear fender, right side foot peg & controls, handlebars, right side signals, headlamp assy, fog lamps, tress bent/scuffed & possible hidden damage. The electrical turns on but motor will not turn over and sounds as if the starter is locked up. This bike is at our Michigan City, Indiana facility. THIS BIKE HAS A CLEAR TITLE.
