| The electric jack housing is broken, the graphics are either faded, peeling or have peeled off, minor exterior scratches, wear hole in awning, window A/C unit installed, tires show wear, crack in countertop by sink, vinyl flooring is stained, ceiling vent in living room is hanging, walls need cleaning, shower needs cleaning (heavy stains), wood cabinets & trim show wear, water stains in carpet by shower door, carpet needs to be steam cleaned, unit was smoked in. |
