| Previous owner stripped the unit. All furniture, tables, chairs, mattress, washer/dryer and surround sound system (including speakers throughout the units ceiling) are missing. The interior is also in need of deep cleaning with dirt and remnants of cigarette smoke. The rear ceiling shows water stains by the A/C unit. The exterior looks like it was hit on the right front corner from top to bottom. It is scuffed and has a small hole in the fiberglass. |
