Description: Bank Repo. This is a 1998 Rockwood T2505. This trailer includes double entry doors, A/C, awning, U-shaped dinette, oven, refrigerator, microwave, stereo system, rear bedroom & seperate bath. This trailer is at our Cannon Falls, MN facility. Please read estimated repairs section.

Front jack is bent/broken, rear bumper is bent, small access door for shore plug is missing, left front marker lamp lens is missing, there is some type of patch to the left rear upper corner (no signs of water leaks), misc. nails to interior from pictures etc., small dents to the inside of the front door, vinyl floor is discolored (yellowed) by the entry door. Needs cleanup & detailing.
