| Description: Total Loss RV. This is a 1986 Fleetwood Pace Arrow RV. Unit has taken on some hail damage that put two small holes in siding on drivers’ side. There are a couple of corner areas on roof where caulking sealant is cracking, and front window seal has a slight leak. Other mechanical issues are 102021 miles, weak brakes and a transmission fluid leak. Interior features include a pull away single over cab sleeper, a full size couch, twin sitting chairs with table and horizontal wicker blinds. Kitchen area has booth style seating, twin basin stainless steel sink, microwave, refrigerator, stove and four burner stove with cover. Bedroom has queen bed, closet space and joined to bathroom with sink, toilet and corner shower stall. There is a large crack behind toilet in paneling. Generator is an Onan 1R/261000 120V, 33.3amp, Phase 1 unit. It started right up and ran well. This is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility. |
