| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 1997 Monaco Dynasty Baron II 36' with a 325hp Diesel and Allison transmission. This RV has leather captains chairs, leather sofa, overhead TV, surround sound, VCR, Cobra CB, Alpine AM/FM/CD with flip out screen, Banks EGT gauge, front bug shield, and electric brake control. This RV has a sleeper sofa, 2 person dinette, solid counter top, dual basin stainless steel sink with water filter, 2 burner cooktop, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator/freezer, and small freezer with icemaker. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower stall and washer dryer. The rear master suite has a queen sized bed with nice mirrored head board and overhead TV. There is a diesel generator with 801hrs on it. The manufacture and model is unknown due to access being blocked by front bug guard. This RV starts and runs well and is in good overall condition. | The rear bumper is scuffed and scraped and one of the compartment doors has a dent and scratch near handle. The dash is cracked around screw hole and the front vents are broken around screws. The Leather on the seats shows some use and the fabric on the sleeper sofa has some spots. The tile in kitchen has a couple broken tiles along wall. Wood on the cabinets has some wear from use, and the brass is peeling off of bathroom fixtures. There is an air leak behind the dash causing the system to slowly bleed down. |
