| Description: Charity Auction, unit is being auctioned on behalf of a local charity. 1984 Fleetwood Southwind motor home. This unit is old but it starts, runs and drives! For its age it’s not in bad shape either, looks as if they were in the middle of remodeling the dinette area and were turning it into seating and the fridge is missing otherwise everything else seems to be in place. Unit includes an range/oven, bathroom with toilet and shower, microwave, AC unit, master bedroom to rear, a drop down bunk in front, a generator (could not get it to turn over, 169 hours on the meter), engine is believed to be a chev 454 with 76380 miles on the odometer, all built on a chev chassis. |
| Unit needs work but not in bad shape for its age. We could not get the generator to turn over and therefore did not attempt to run any other utilities. It appears it had been winterized. This is an old unit, there may be problems we are unaware of. MRC takes no responsibility as to the working condition of any part of this, or any unit sold at auction. |
