Unit includes Aluminum wheels, Hydronic Zone heating system, Norcold freezer in lower bay, Norcold 4 door refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, washer/dryer, power rewind cord reel, Corian counters, Coastal Cherry hardwood cabinets, leather sofa, leather sleeper sofa, Onan 7500 generator, Trace 2000 watt inverter, Hydraulic jacks w/auto control, 4-slide outs, one piece molded roof, ceramic tile, power lock arms on slides, reverse camera, 32” flat screen TV, TV in rear bedroom, satellite dome, DVD/VCR & power Flexsteel front seating. Unit runs & drives well but has a few items noted in the Estimated Repairs Section. This RV is at our Cannon Falls, MN facility. |
| Entry step is not working for some reason, some misc paint chips to the exterior, the bottom of two of the bay doors on the driver side are damaged (see pics), stress crack in paint on right front corner, some surface scratches to left rear from possibly a tree branch, piping is cracked on the left edge of the front passenger seat, sink is stained, rear roof A/C cover is cracked (works fine), driver side sun visor is missing, door entry key needs to be made (we used our master key), carpet needs minor clean up. A few rock chips to front windshield. |
