| Description: ***Close date extended***Bank Repo RV. This is a 1996 Dutch Star 3450 on a Ford Chassis. This RV has a slideout living room, Onan Marquis 5000 genset, overhead TV, Direct TV receiver, sleeper sofa, reclining side chair, and booth dinette. The kitchen has a dual basin stainless steel sink, stove/oven, cook vent, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and large showerstall. The rear master suite has a full size bed with mirrored head board and overhead TV. The windshield on this RV has a chip in it, the exterior paint is weathered and the driver side sliding window has scratches in it from use. The driver sun shade is loose on one side causing it to hang down, there is a hole in the fabric trim around the door, and some wear on the edge of the counter top. Overall this RV is in good condition for its age. The previous owner has plastic down over the carpet so the only wear is around the driver compartment. This RV is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility. |
