| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 1997 Fleetwood Pace Arrow built on a Ford Chassis powered by a 7.5L V8 and automatic transmission. This RV has a slide out living room with a sleeper sofa, booth style dinette, backup camera, overhead TV, VCR, AM/FM/CD player and an Onan Marquis 5000 generator. The kitchen features a stainless steel dual basin sink, stove/oven, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator freezer. The bathroom consists of a sink, toilet and glass shower enclosure. The rear master suite has a queen bed, mirrored cabinetry and overhead TV. **update** We found damage originally overlooked on the right rear pillar and small hole around license plate. The left front wheel well is missing, the front cover is cracked, front grille is off, left rear corner is dented, paint and graphics are faded and peeling. The slide out is inoperable, carpet is stained, walls have minor discoloration, the seats show minor wear and the A/C vent in the master suite is falling. This RV does start and run well. This RV is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility. |
