| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 1997 Park Avenue- Electra 37RLRD. This RV has a curbside and street side access door. There is a slideout living room with a sleeper sofa, dinette, entertainment center with hookups for TV, AM/FM, Cassette player, and room for more seating. The kitchen has a dual basin stainless steel sink, stove/oven, microwave, cookvent and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, showerstall , and good sized closet. The front master suite has a slideout with full size bed and TV hookups. There are no TV’s included with this sale. The spare is missing, outside exhaust vent is broken, and the fender trim on the slide out is broken. There is a crack in the siding right next to the front slideout that appears to have been repaired. There are a few holes in the walls from hanging items, kitchen roof vent is missing its cover, and some wear and tear to the carpets and cabinets from normal use. Overall this RV is in fair condition and could use a little work. This RV is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility. |
