Description: Total Loss. This is a 1999 Chevrolet 3500 Flat Bed 2wd Dually. This truck was caught in the southern MN floods and was submerged to the roof. The owner has pulled off the distributor, removed the battery and replaced the air filter. In addition the motor oil has been changed. When we hook up our jump box the fuel pump engages but we were not able to start it due to the distributor being removed. The truck is powered by the Vortec 7.4 V8. This truck is at our Cannon Falls, MN facility.
