| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 1999 Coachmen Royal 320FKS. This RV has substantial damage to the roof and ceiling. The ceiling is rotted and is coming down in multiple places. The Upper slide motor is locked up and slide needs to be manually moved. This Rv has a slide out living room with sleeper sofa, booth dinette, TV hookup and recliner. The kitchen has a dual basin sink, stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. The upper master suite has a slide out, queen bed, TV hookup and window AC unit in side. This RV has yellow stains on the walls, carpet is stained and has water damage from the roof leaking. Overall this RV is in poor shape and will need a lot of work. This RV is located at our Austin, TX facility. |
