Description: Police Impound. This boat motor was impounded by the St Paul Police and will be sold under a City of St Paul bill of sale. This is a 2003 Yamaha 115hp 4 stroke outboard. Includes steering cables and controls. The cover is a little scratched up. We were unable to start motor but did turn over freely.
